Your Office Set-Up

Individual reps are supervised by the PPSI home office and may work from any environment they choose. Different rules apply depending on your status as a satellite office or registered branch. With the advent of our paperless office, PPSI can easily monitor your activity and you will have 24 hour access to your clients’ accounts and electronic file via Investigo, consolidated statements technology.

Compensation

Reps registered with our home branch office are paid based on a generous commission grid ranging from 75% at $25,000 GDC. We also have special higher branch pay-out grids. Please call us to learn more about these pay-outs. Any individual rep exceeding $125,000 and with our main branch, will be paid at a minimum 90%. If you utilize our fixed insurance arm, CPS, you will also receive credit for fixed annuity & life insurance production.

Compliance

Are you tired of working with a compliance officer that has a degree in accounting or law and has no clue as to what it takes to service and cater to clients? Frustrated with compliance officers that must justify their positions and salaries by giving you a hard time over unnecessary items? Then PPSI is the place for you!!! Our Chief Compliance Officer and our owning principals have been top-producing reps in our industry. Compliance is important to all of us in this industry. However, it should be implemented by those who understand how and why transactions are made. PPSI provides you with a compliance team that aims for top ethical conduct while encouraging and supporting our Registered Representatives.

Costs

PPSI Keeps costs down to a minimum. Each Representatives is responsible for:

  • Error & Ommissions Insurance: 2006- 2007 rate: $160/month
  • All FINRA, State licensing and miscellaneous fees
  • Fidelity Bond: less than $100 for the same year, you get the picture.
  • Investigo $75/month
  • Any additional programs the Representative chooses to participate in
